The challenge

In addition to the standard requirements for the systematic assurance of correct assembly of the charge air coolers, there was also the requirement to allow a work step to be completed only after a successful screwing process.

The release of the work step after a successful screwdriving process was achieved through the development of middleware for the automatic transfer of screwdriver values to the moviniti system.
